The Founders

Steve and Tami Resch

Ministry leadership has been their life. Steve and Tami bring a combined 50+ years of experience in leading movements and ministries. They have served in three church plants in Florida and Ohio.

Children's pastor, youth pastor, college pastor, assistant pastor, church planter, lead pastor—Steve's experience is varied and vast. After 25 years of pastoring the church he planted and leading a movement of church plants in Central Ohio. Steve is turning his attention to mentoring, pastoring, encouraging, and caring for leaders in ministry.

16 years ago, Tami co-founded Parakaleo, a world-wide multi-denominational ministry that trains and cares for church planting spouses. She co-authored Beyond Duct Tape: Holding the Heart together in a Life of Ministry.

They have assessed hundreds of potential church planters. They have also raised three extraordinary adult children and enjoy being grandparents. Together, Steve and Tami are poised to pour into the lives and marriages of leaders in ministry.

Our Passion

One of our favorite Bible stories is about a paralytic being lowered through a roof by his friends so that he could be healed by Jesus.

Leaders in ministry often find themselves “on the mat.” Over-functioning, stress, constant criticism, decision and compassion fatigue, and depression are commonplace. Add to the mix marital and parenting troubles with a dose of poor team dynamics in your ministry and the result is paralyzing. We’ve been there, felt that.

Feeling emotionally, relationally, or spiritually paralyzed? We’ll lower you through the roof to Jesus. Hanging on by a thread? Tired of going it alone? Join our community of support that will help lighten your burden and increase your leadership capacity.

We’re passionate about loving and mentoring leaders in ministry. We believe that “leader” is a role and never should overshadow or replace our identity in Christ.

This is why we have birthed alongside•u. Let us walk alongside you in discovering new freedom and hope that will result in fruitfulness, resilience, and endurance in your personal, marital, and ministry lives.

Fruitfulness, resilience, and endurance.
